Betta Best Tail Type (and Colour)

I only have one fish, my betta. I will get another betta in about 0.5-1 year. (to prepare and get what I need to get.) I want it to look different from my betta I already have, here you can vote which tail type.
If you want, in the replies you can suggest best betta colours. You can vote twice.

 

I personally love blue & white betta fish, but other great colours are red & orange & yellow, blue & black, green, purple

 

My betta is already white. I'll try finding a blue one.

 

my favourite tailtype has got to be veiltails as for colouring...I'm not sure I'm always drawn to the orange ones

I think I want double tail... Maybe, maybe not.

 

I desperately want a rosetail male. I will find him one day. Maybe a yellow tail with a black/bluish body and super healthy!

 

I searched up rosetail betta, it's pretty cool, but I think I've got my eyes on a blue double-tail...

 

So far in the lead are wild type, short finned and crowntail. I myself voted double tail but that doesn't mean for sure I'll buy one in the end...

Veiltails are pretty amazing in males. But I really like crowntails in females.

haha I know. I always have a hard time finding females. petco and petsmart usually have some though if there are any near you.

 

I know a petsmart they have no females.

 

Personally I love halfmoons. They're my favorite fin type - I have 3 in my sorority tank, and plan on getting a male when my current male passes (or I get another aquarium set up...).

As for colors, I'm a sucker for blue fish but really I have no preference. Just whatever happens to catch my eye!

 

Orange or yellow veil tails are the absolute best. Purple crowntails are the second best
