I have a male betta in a filtered, cycled 10 gallon tank with live plants. He acts very healthy and is always excited for food. I got him almost 3 months ago and he has been swimming up against the front of the tank, back and forth, since week 1. I figured it was normal behavior (begging for food maybe) but yet I realized I haven't heard of other people's bettas doing this. Whenever I look at him, if he's not asleep, he is swimming back and forth up against the front of the tank. He will do this for what seems like forever, only to take short breaks to explore the tank.
Is this behavior okay? Is this common? Thanks!
I took a photo of him doing it.

My betta does this too lol
I made a post about this too and people were telling me not to be worried
There's nothing wrong with my water parameters either, so after a while, I decided to not be concerned. (It still bothers me sometimes though)

As stated, should be nothing to worry about. As long as he's eating and looks healthy you should be okay.
