75 Gallon Tank Best Preventative Medication

Hello, I just had to euthanize a glofish danio because it had become super skinny and stopped actively swimming. I made another post about that and I think it was probably parasites. There's about 40 other danios in the tank and 5 Dojo Loaches, so I really don't want anyone else to get sick. I'm really curious if there's something I can do to help prevent any other infections or deaths. Just give them a boost, you know? Here's my water parameters, just in case:

AMMONIA: 0ppm
NITRITE: 0ppm
NITRATE: Between 10 and 20ppm (tomorrow's water change day)
PH: 7.4
TEMP: 72-73 farenheit (22 celcius)

Also, does anyone know of a good medication for scaless fish like my Dojos? I think all of my liquid medication says it can be hard on them.

Hi!
Are the other fish showing signs of being sick? If not, I personally would not medicate especially with a 3 different medications if you don't know what was wrog.

One of my longfin gold zebra danios is looking kinda thin, but not as bad as the one that died. I'll keep an eye on it, but I just want ideas for future reference and some ideas for a good, nutritious dietary supplement. Like, a good frozen food, no live stuff, though.

EDIT: I'm mostly worried because it took me so long to notice the sick danio, since there's so many and they're always moving, and I just don't want it to have infected anyone.

Clean water, and more natural stuff like garlic guard and fish protector. They're more like non meds but help buid the immune system.

Have you noticed the fish being lethargic with stringy poo? I guess if I were to suspect anything it would be parasites but that's not a reason to medicate with ich meds or bacterial infection.

Using medications when they're not needed helps lead to med resistance.

Ok, I'll look into the natural stuff. The Garlic guard and fish protector won't bother my Dojo Loaches, will they? None of the danios seem real lethargic, they just swim and dart a little, pretty normal, but they're all pretty active around feeding time. They come up to the top for flakes and peck on shrimp pellets at the bottom. They're always exploring in the silk plants and one will occasionally chase another. I haven't seen all of their poo poo, but the one's I have seen look fine.

Nearly all meds have some form of downside, the best way to keep fish healthy is good clean water with the right parameters. Don't use meds. if you don't know exactly what to treat. I would seperate any ill fish and treat the symptoms only on that fish.
Carefully examine the ill fish, are there any signs of worms sticking out the anal vent. If so try treating with a levamisole product.

Garlic guard and fish protector are safe.
Fish Protector™ | Kordon!
Seachem - GarlicGuard

If I run out of garlic guard I've used a few drops of garlic juice from garlic in a jar (no additives)

It's not part of my normal routine, just when I remember

Cool, I think I'll grab some and do the same. I love my fish and I'm glad I'm learning about all this stuff to help keep them happy. Thanks!
