Best medicine for fin rot

I would like to know which medicine do you recommend for treating fin rot, it’s not a severe case but it has been there since last November, I will provide some pics if you need more information about the case but keep in mind those pics were few days ago so it might have become worse.
I want to note that the fish I am treating is a little bloated, it started about a month ago but it’s now getting a little better (I’ve made a post about it few days ago), so just keep that in mind when you recommend any medicine just in case chemical medicines can increase the bloating or harm the liver.
Last note: I treated with salt 4 times, it worked but the fins didn’t heal 100% and the rot came back few weeks ago.

Loads of clean water is the best cure. How often are you changing water?

No, the normal was once a week until I stopped doing that for a while and extended the amount of time between every WC, that was when the fin rot began in November :(

Since it is not terrible I would just continue the water changes and maybe try some stress coat for the dechlor. Help his slime coat out some. It will take a bit and wont heal overnight so diligence is your friend right now.

Ok, I will try to find stress coat and keep up with the WC and see how things go. Thanks for your time
