Best Green and Red Background Plants

Hi all!
I am wondering what you guys think the best green background plant and the best red background plant is? I am looking for something that has a more rotala type look as opposed to cabomba. Thanks!

Buceplant has both bacopa monieri and bacopa caroliniana red. It's not a full red, just the growing tips. I'm sure more light and co2 will produce more of the red. But it's certainly different.
