Best Fungal Medicine?

I made a post earlier about one of my Guppies and some white patches on her back. I’m beginning to think it’s something fungal, as someone suggested. Now I need to know what medicine to use.

In my tank I have guppies, Guppy fry, and 2 ADF’s. I need a medicine that will be safe for all three. Thank you!

 

Malachite green is great for such things. Not sure how that would go down with the frogs though.
