Best Fish Food - Uk People

I've been feeding my fish (standard community tropical tank) with TetraMin flakes, but I've heard these maybe aren't so good. Searching Fishlore brings up things like New Life Spectrum and Omega One which are very difficult to get in the UK. (They are on eBay but most sellers are sold out or they are extremely expensive.) What do the rest of you UK fishkeepers use?

I can get JBL products which I've heard are good quality, would this be better than Tetra? My fish are used to flakes rather than pellets so I'd prefer to stick to these.

Well I don’t live in the UK but I would always reccomend making food at home for anybody who can’t decide what to feed their fish. There are many recipes on the forums and within the internet.
