Best Cory Catfish/ghost Shrimp Food?

So I’ve been feeding my 6 (getting 2 more soon) albino cory catfish flakes, and once they sink, they finish them all. The reason this has been so is because I bought some omega one shrimp pellets at the suggestion of a petco employee, because I think he thought I’d be getting some bigger fish on the cleanup crew, such as a Pleco, which I almost did and I think I told him that. However, without real driftwood, that’s a no. So back to the point, what’s the best fish for Cory catfish, and ghost shrimp as well?

Omega One shrimp pellets will work for both ghost shrimp and cory cats. It's a bit hard to figure out how much food to feed at one time so I typically start with smaller amounts and work my way up if it's not enough for them. Corydoras are carnivores and the flakes won't supply enough protein.

Hmm okay. Some of mine are only an inch so they’re not fully grown yet. Probably why it’s hard for them to eat them.

Shouldn't be a problem, the pellets soften up and break apart after it has soaked a bit.
