Best Budget Lighting For Low Light Plants?

I’d like to get the best budget lighting for my 2 tanks (24” & 30”). I'm only planting Anubias, Java Fern & Java Moss.

So far I’ve been recommended Beamswork DA (24” for $45) and Vivagrow 24/7 ($35 for 30”).

Any other suggestions?

I have only used this option and have had low and high light plants grow very well and it was all under 30 bucks.

You could also use a shop light from Menards or Home Depot for under 20 bucks.

I personally like aqueon leds. You can get pretty inexpensive ones ($25-35) for a 24/30 inch tank(s). They don't spotlight in the tank. And aren't too incredibly bright.

What plants are you able to grow with those lights?
