Best brand for a 20 gallon tanks.

Hey everyone!
I was wondering what everyone thinks is the best brand for buying fish tanks. Best brands for a 20 gallon to be more specific. I currently have a 10 and a 5.5 gallon Top Fin tank. I plan on upgrading to a 20 gallon. Top Fin is pretty good, but it could be better. The sealing job was pretty messy. Didn't appreciate having to clean the black silicone off the tank.

 

Ok, well if money was no object, I'd get a Clear for life.

If money WAS an object, I'd definitely go to petco and snag a 20 high or 20 long Aqueon for 20+ tax.
I have Aqueon and Marineland tanks right now, but have had Top Fin and Walmart brand before. The two brands I have now are about the same, dropping silicone all over the tank. But that is what you get for $60 for 55g. The solution is to buy a window scraper razor from Home Depot and scrap off the silicon from the glass. (Dont try that with acrylic LOL)

 

My nicest tank is an oceanic.

Most all of my tanks came from the $1 per gallon sale at Petco. Certain Aqueons are nice tanks IMO. I even got the 55 gallon aqueon kit but have since upgraded all the equipment.

Yeah. I had a nice marineland 55 gallon kit that came with a Penguin 350 and really nicely designed hood with lights and feeding hole

 

I guess my budget is about $100 so that puts me at a squeeze. Since petco is american (I live in Canada) the ''dollar per gallon sale" is unavailable to me (it sounds so awesome though!)

Is petco not in Canada at all, or is the sale regional?
If that isn't an option, maybe go to a LFS and see if they honor that deal (probably not, but it is worth a try since I have heard of other stores doing it).

As far as I know Canada does not even have any petcos. My LFS does not honer the deal . I'll try looking online.

 

Marineland kits are really nice.
