Best Betta Tank?

I'm looking to upgrade my male betta's tank to something larger. That will fit on my desk, I was thinking about the Fluval spec iii. Or the Marineland portrait. But I'm open to other options? I'm looking for something more cube shaped as I think that would fit on my desk better! What do you think would be the best option? Thank you!

Hello!

Here are a couple of options do you have dimensions for the size of your space? The fluval spec III is really nice, but the lighting is a bit dI'm for some plants if your planning to keep them. The marineland one is solid too, but people often have an issue with an ill-fitting lid and too strong of a filter, but it can be baffled.

(This one is a bit pricey, but it's basically a complete kit, I think it's 5g)

(This is one nice and narrow, it's worth getting the five gallon as it barely takes up any more space than the 3g)

My Betta loves my fluval spec. Due to some issues.. Had to move him to another smaller bow. Can't remember brand. The fluval spec has less current. But would still benefit from a little less current. The bow he is in now has way too much current

I had a Fluval Spec III, the tank is great but I want something bigger and upgraded to the Spec V. So if you're looking for something small for your desk, I would recommend you the Spec III.
You don't even need to modified the filter on the Spec, just set it the lowest setting and don't use the filter nozzle.

Hello and thank you

I have enough space for a 12inch by 12inch cube height doesn't really matter. Thank you for your suggestions! I'm thinking about going with the Fluval spec iii, do to size and I love the look of this little tank! That and it fits my budget for this little rescue betta. But I'm open for more suggestions if you have any! Thanks again

Thank you! Do you think the current would be to much for a small delta tail? Is it possible to baffle it if needed? Do you have the dimensions of this tank? Sorry for all the questions. Just want the best tank for my boy! Thanks again

Thank you I'm thinking about going with the Spec iiI it seems like a great tank! So if I don't use the filter nozzle and set the filter to the lowest setting I won't have to modify it? Is the light bright enough to grow some low light plants? Thanks again!

Edit: Sorry just saw your picture and I guess that answers my questions!Beautiful tank btw!

Dimension 10.8" x 8.7" x 11.8 H", I just took a ruler and measured the Spec III, it's exactly the same measurement that you can find online.

Also, this heater will fit the Spec III tank perfectly.
