Best beginner aquascape style?

I was thinking a corner scape? It is a 29 gallon. I have a pretty big piece of mopani black sand and 3 big river rocks. I was thinking quite a few small river rocks with Java fern, anubias and Java moss.
Go easy with the criticism. I’m a noob. Lol

I think the easiest style for a beginner would probably be "jungle style". With the large plant mass, controlling algae is much easier. And, you don't have to have the best trimming skills to keep things looking good.

Nice choices. I find that mosses can difficult sometimes so don't be surprised if it turns brown. In a lot of cases it grows like a weed though :)

That's basically what I put in my low maintenance planted tanks but I also like Hygrophila Siamensis '53B' as well as Dwarf Lily and Banana Plant.

Something you should know is that all of these column feeders require a bit more potassium than root feeders. Make sure you dose enough K. I recommend Flourish Potassium as an additive, I believe one dose raises K by 2 ppm so its easy to dose, monitor, and adjust from there.

Good luck!
