10 Gallon Tank Best adjustable water heater for a 10 gallon?

Chewbacca773

I am planning a tank with 2 peacock gudgeons and 6 green neon tetras. I need to get a different heater as I need the water at 75-78 degrees and my heater heats to 82 degrees(It's preset). Any recommendations?

When we had a 5.5g and a 10g running, I used an adjustable 50w Aqueon heater with no issues.

I also have a 50W aqueon heater for my 5 gallon and it works well. Automatically turns itself on/off as needed.

I am using a small marineland heater in a 5 gallon without issue.

I was looking for something a little cheaper, but if it's for the fish's best I should do it.

I love the uniclife heater. I don't know about the new version, but here's mine. About 20 dollars.

It's too early to verify but I also bought an aqueon 50w last night when my top fin heater burnt out tried to cook my fish. So far my tank has been at exactly 74 where I set it at and it's a lot smaller and nicer looking
