Beginner Breeder - Guppies or Killifish?

I am wanting to bring some more options to local hobbyists and fish stores in my area and after doing research on getting into breeding it seems like Killifish and Guppies are both fairly good for entry level breeders. My question is which would be better to try to breed?

I have been looking at either a Aphyosemion australe Killifish or Japan Blue Lyretails. The killi is a non-annual so it would be able to mop spawn on a regular basis.

I have been keeping fish for 4 years with most of my experience being on the saltwater side of the hobby but I have had freshwater systems for the last year and a half. I would be looking to setup a 20 Long for the breeding system with the potential to divide it into three different ~5 gallon systems so it would work for multiple stages of growth and eventually multiple breeding trios.

I am really hoping I can bring some great fish to other hobbyists and be able to breed fish successfully so any response helps and even just general tips would be great.

I think guppies would be easier. If you're doing this for money, note that selling fish can be difficult, and you are unlikely to do more than break even.

Definitely not trying to sell for profit. If I can move a few at a swap meet great, get some to a local fish store for store credit cool, or if I can get a couple more people interested in breeding and bringing new fish into the hobby in my area that would be ideal.

More-so just trying to challenge myself to breed a healthy and sustainable colony with goals of eventually having great fish to even give away to new members of my local fish club if they are interested as a thank you for joining.

Guppies are easy in hard water; killies prefer soft water. My tap water is 30 ppm tds, & I’ve been breeding & selling Epiplatys dageti Monroviae, which breed like rabbits, in a 10 gallon tank for years. Aphyosemion striatum likewise.

Guppies are the perfect freshwater breeding project. You don't need to breed them, you just need to put them together in the tank for 1-2 seconds and they'll be pregnant!

They're a great project. They mature fast, fry are bigger and easy to care for. Easy to see any good or bad fry (colour, body shape, deformity etc...) visually. Strongly recommend.
