I have a spare 3 gallon long that I would love to have a go at. I’ve never aquascaped before... does anyone have any suggestions on some really easy plants, or any tips?
Watch a bunch of George Farmer videos on Youtube, that's my biggest tip. Incredibly knowledgeable and talented.
A 3 gallon is quite small and a lot of the common beginner plants get large. Have a look at those videos, take a few weeks to decide on lights, substrate, fertilizers, and CO2, and I'm sure along the way you'll find some great, small beginner plants. My all time favorite is bucephalandra.
Is your tank rimless/what brand? I have a rimless 3 gallon long that I'm planning out as well
