Bba Still Growing

Remember my 40 gallon PT make over?
I removed all plt leaves with BBA and did a deap cleaning.
I dosed ferts and added root tabs.
BBA is still growing on my Hygro though. . . . and there´s not many leaves left.
I do have BBA on some gravel, shoul I be removing the affected gravel?
I noticed algae on the filter tured red and died after dosing ferts.
But BBA is still trying to come back.
Here is a pic of the algae on hygro:

Here is what some algae looks on my powerhead:

Here is the algae on my sag from worst to least worst:

Here is the BBA on my gravel:

Here is how my tank looks in general:

What should I do about the BBA?
Should I just wait and keep dosing ferts hoping it will die?
Or should I just cut off any leaf showing BBA and remove all gravel with BBA?
What should I do about the powerhead?

Since you've had it for so long is there a way to sterilize the tank? Remove fish temporarily, take out all the gravel, wood, rocks, and bake/boil it, scrub the powerhead? If you can get some hydrogen peroxide to soak stuff in that would be good.
I think I might've talked about this, but you could also try it while the fish are out:

The thing is I have a dirted substrate below the gravel. . .wouldnt that get affected?
As for the fish, I don't know where I could house them. I only have this 50 gallon a 30 gallon with AC and a 100 gallon with 12 inch fish.
I hate BBA it looks like there aren't many options to fixing it. I really don't want to tear down my tank. I fear I might break something or kill a fish in the process. I could soak the filters in hydrogen peroxide, and I could try to remove every single gravel with BBA. However, I am unsure about what to do with the plants. It seems like even if I cut one leaf with BBA the next leaf starts to get it.

Can't say that I've gotten rid of mine at any point. Looking better now but it's still there.
Best luck I have had is adding purigen to my filter. Again, this doesn't get rid of it, but the vast majority of it just disappears within a week or two of adding it.

What is purigen and how is it able to kill BBA? I thought it was for water clarity or BB or something. Thanks for the help tho!

Purigen is just another filter media but one of the things it's made to absorb is dissolved organics. I assume that is how it gets rid of the BBA (starves it).
I don't get the voodoo, it just seems to work for some reason.

And it would not be removing the liquid ferts I dose?

I will be on the look out for those. Except they are VERY rare in Bolivia. Any other fish known to eat BBA? or invertebrate?
