Bamboo Garden Stakes

    Would it be ok to use one of these to stir up my gravel a little during water changes and to use to corall java moss that sometimes gets away from my driftwood?

    Hello!

    Do you mean bamboo skewers (like for kabobs?). Because if so, those are fine lol. I use them sometimes as well :) I even use them chopstick style. Feel free to clip off the pointed end as you don't want to accidentally stab a fish

    i was talking about the type u would tie up a tomato plant or pepper plant ...their real bamboo

    i do use the small skewers for the smaller tanks but the bamboo would be more functional for the 55 as its a lot taller than a 10 and 8.8

    I think they should be fine; I would just clean them really well to get off any sort that you don't want in the tank. And make sure they haven't been sprayed or been anything around that has been sprayed.
