Would I be able to fit one balloon molly in one of my tanks(preferably the 10 gallon)?

They get up to 3" long...How big is your coolie loach? They get to about 3" too if I'm not mistaken...I think you'd be close to your limit.

But from what Butterfly had said, the coolie loaches don't have a huge bioload on the tank compared to other fish. My coolie is about 2-3" now. They can get to be about 4".

I'd say yes.
if you are talking inch wise, you could fit around 3 in the 10gal as they get upto 2-3in.

Balloon mollies are huuuuge eaters, and huuuge waster producers (just a word of warning). Mine is a fantastic character, though. Not a nasty bone in her body, and really nosy. Always browsing around for food. She's a female. Other word of advice: avoid putting her with male livebearers. A lot of them don't survive pregnancy.

I have a male endler livebearer in the tank right now, would that be fine if I got a femlae molly?

In terms of risk of interbreeding, am assuming the risk is as high with male endlers as with male guppies, but I've never owned an endler's, I have no direct expererience of this. I definitely expect some interbreeding as a strong possibility, but perhaps if the endler's is with many endler's females he wont' pay her any attention? That theory hasn't worked for my male common mollies who go for her although they are well provided for in common females, but we're still talking molly to molly here.

Some balloon molly females are fine giving birth, but for a lot of them, birth is a death sentence. Mine had babies from her side. They tore a huuuuge hole through her side and she survived by some strange miracle, after I put her in a disinfected, medicated hospital tank forever.

An endler is something like a guppy, right?
Very big chance of them breeding I think as my guppy+mollies do....
