Balloon molly sick?

Moistpotato101

I got this yellow balloon molly 4 days ago. She looked fine when I got her but upon closer look after leaving the store, it seemed as if she had scales falling off, most likely due to her past tank conditions. I decided to place her in a small hospital tank and monitor her. In the past two days she’s become much more active, but she’s very discolored on her top half and has some dark spots, I’m worried she might still be sick even if she doesn’t act like it. Problem is, i have no idea what it could be!!! Does anyone know of anything that could cause that or has anyone experienced it?? I initially treated her with Pimafix but I’ve just started a General Cure treatment. Here are the best pictures I could get while feeding. Should I worry or just wait until she gets her color back?

I found another molly owner with a similar molly and it also looked discolored on the top, since she has healthy behaviour I’m gonna call her good. I am suspecting her of having black spot disease currently (big black dot on face and tiny black ones on tail) and is still in her quarantine tank for a few more days just in case it is.
