Bad fungus in Panda cory

I got three baby cories a week ago. They are in a 5g cycled quarantine tank. The water is changed 25% or so every other day, although yesterday when I discovered the sick fish I did a 50% change. Parameters are Ammonia: 0, Nitrite: 0, Nitrate: 7 or so, pH: 7.0. Chemical added were Prime, Paraguard and Stability.

Yesterday when the sick fish finally came up where I could see him, I added a dose of Furan-2. He's up in front where I can see him now and I wonder if he's too far gone to save. Should I euthanize him with clove oil and treat the tank so that the other two don't get it. He's miserable and I hate to just torture him.

Any suggestions on how I treat the tank after he's gone?

I got him out of the tank and he passed on his own. Poor poor little baby.

I wouldn't treat at all as long as you don't see any other infections. It is an infection on the specific weakened fish.
Huge waterchange.
