Decided to go for semi-aggressive cichlid tank and I believe I have a good mix. First of all, the aquarium is 75 gallon with 4 pictus cats, 6 colombian tetras, and 6 gold barbs. I added a fire mouth about 6 months ago and recently added 1 convict, 1 gold severum, and 1 bandit cichlid. The fire mouth is 2x the size of the other three but so far no issues. Tell me what you think.

Firemouths and Convicts are pretty passive for the most part. Having only one of each may help as well unless they decide to breed which Firemouths and Convicts ql do.
I currently have skirted Teyras in my Jack Dempsey tank but the JDs are only about 1-1/4". The Tetras will have to come out soon.

From what I’ve read, bandits are also passive. I chose these particular cichlids for that reason as aggression comes with breeding. Being so small, I hope I’ve got all males. I’ve noticed the fire mouth displaying to the convict but nothing serious.
