Hi All, I have baby mollies in one of my 30 gal along with adult mollies and 3 male guppies and i cory. I guess i will just let them stay in there because i dont think they would survive in a tank not cycled. I do have a 10 gal tank i could remove 3 platties out of BUT i dont think the mollies would keep the 10 gal cycled due to their tiny size. So my question is: How much lighting do these babies need? I read they need alot. I have cut down on my lights being on due to the fact that i am seeing some small signs of brown algae. I have 62wts of coralife HO T-5. How long do you all leave your lights on so you dont get algae and will the babies be ok with little lighting? Thanks

I've always kept my lights on 12 hours, off 12 hours, no matter whether there are fry or not.
