Baby Betta Tankmates?

hello! I got a baby betta a while ago, I'm unsure of the gender though if it matters. they have an egg spot but ive heard of fake egg spots?? anywho, I'm going to be switching my baby betta to a 10 gallon because one of my older guys is exerting too much energy when swimming so, I'm moving him to the 4.5. I'm thinking about getting african dwarf frogs to put with the baby betta. we had them at one point but had to give em away. could I put 3 - 4 with my baby betta? my only concern is as they get older they might get aggressive towards the frogs. thoughts?

I'd only put shrimp in with them.
Ghost shrimp would be good options, they're cheap just in case the betta gets aggressive.

thanks for the info! I'm just a tad confused because ive heard that adfs are one of the best tank mates for bettas? is it because he isn't fully grown?

Frogs are not good with any fish. They should be kept in species tanks.

Feeding is one of the main problems.
They eat frozen foods which bettas love. The ADF have poor eyesight and struggle finding their food. To feed them you should provide a small fish where their food is placed every time you feed them to make life easier for them. A betta will quickly catch on and eat the food before the frogs which results in an overweight betta and hungry frogs.
While frogs are peaceful creatures, due to their poor eyesight they may nip at a betta's fins.
Bettas can also bully the frogs.
