Only had been a month and a bit and already 2 females have eggs. But will all of them hatch or is it just some that will make it?

No telling whether any or all will hatch & not all will survive, if conditions aren't right the female won't carry them to term she'll drop the eggs.
Mine go through phases of breeding like rabbits then they'll stop for a while.

What are the best water conditions for situations like these?

Good water quality, no nitrites or ammonia, low nitrates.
What's your tank temp at? I find my cherries breed best at around 24c but they'll breed at a range of temperatures.

Mine have bred well at 70-72F as well (about 21C). I think better than my ones in my betta tank at 26C?
