Avatar picture?

hey you all I can't figure out how to put a avatar picture on my profile.Can anyone help?

 

Are you using mobile or on the computer?

 

If you are on the computer, go to my settings in the right hand corner. Then, on the left side, scroll down until you see 'edit avatar' and 'edit profile picture' under 'my profile'. The profile picture appears on your profile, the avatar is the one that appears when you post.

well laptop if that makes a difference. I don't think it does?

No, it doesn't make a difference.
Can you see 'my settings'?

 

"My Settings" is up there in the bar with notifications. I can try to take a screenshot, if you think it'll help.

I would make it a picture of my betta fish but the interwebs here is way to slow and its taking to long
