Auratus Cichlid Not Eating Much ? Maybe Holding?

Hey I’ve noticed that My auratus cichlid has had its mouth full and having a hard time eating or not eating at all sorry for the blurry pictures it’s hard to get a good one of it
But just wanna know what’s going on
OH! Also it’s darken a lot too check out when I first got it it was more yellowing and now the head is black

Didn’t look like it in the first pic, but looks like she’s holding in the others.

Yeah, they are mouth brooders. It definitely looks like she's holding. I went through this with another cichlid species a few years ago and next thing I know I had little cichlid fry swimming around.
