Attaching Java Moss To A Piece Of Wood

I was wondering if I could use super glue to attach java moss to a piece of wood. I tired the string/fish line way and it failed utterly. Now I am trying the super glue way .

this man uses sponges to attach the java moss to the tree, I am thinking of the same approach except maybe with out the sponges. Does anyone have any comments or help with this idea, do you think it would work.

Thanks so much

In my experience it’s best to use the smallest amount of glue that will work. You are just creating “temporary” anchor points until the most can become attached on its own.
It shows white, underwater, where the glue dries and there is no moss.
And don’t glue your fingers together.
