ATM Products

Has anybody tired the new ATM products? It's the people from tanked. They have a water conditioner and a Cycle product along with a few other things.

I spent some time reading the bottle of their water conditioner and I really wasn't impressed. I don't remember the exact price of the bottle, it was in the $7-$10 range and only treated 230 gallons, where as a bottle of prime for $6.99 treated 2500 gallons.

The cycle product did intrigued me, it was $9.99 for a 50 gallon treatment. That is fairly cheaper than TSS. I was thinking of trying it, has anybody used it?

I'm interested in what you guys have to say

 

Well...I imagine it must work, considering their clients' fish don't die off right after they're put in the tank (their business wouldn't survive long otherwise).

Assuming they are using the same stuff they are selling

I can't picture them dumping a bucket of water conditioner in to a large tank. Perhaps they do though.

Colony for Freshwater contains Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter bacteria, which are specific for the freshwater environment. Colony for Marine contains two different strains specific for marine systems: Nitrococcus and Nitrosococcus

Well what I do know is, these are at least the correct (aquatic) bacteria genera for the relevant environments

NH3 to NO2 -
NO2 to NO3 -
