I am planning a 10 gallon divided betta tank with the following plants
Java moss
Peacock moss
Ludwigia
Amazon Sword
Java fern
Water Sprite (maybe)
Marimo Moss ball
Rotala Indica
Water Wisteria
Elodea
The tank was given to me by a friend. Well when It comes to lighting I am at a loss. I don't know what to use that would give the plants enough. Does anyone have any suggestions? The tank will be dirted and capped with gravel. So. Please help me and send me links. Please nothing extremely expensive. Thanks in advance

It seems as though most of the plants you have listed are low light and don’t need anything special, you could get either a t5 or t8 and have enough lighting for most of the plants you could ever put in there, I think a led would be fine but I am not familiar with some of these plants so I would research what kelvins (intensity of light) each plant prefers and then buy accordingly. Also I think amazon sword gets really tall so I would look into that if I were you

It’s a type of light
There are t5s which are old shop lights and newer shop lights such as t8s, I have a t8 on my 60 and it kicks out plenty, leds are great if you can pin point the kelvin level the light gives out, but I’m pretty sure they are more expensive

A half way decent LED in the 6500k range will be good and not that expensive, look at eBay and Amazon.
