Is there such a thing as artificial floating plants?

I have never really seen a artificial "floating" plant. But the majority you can use any artificial plant as a floating plant.

Just remove the base, and let the stems float. :)

Plenty of people use plastic garland as floating "hornwort".

Some of our anacharis stems ( branches...?) come off, we mix those in with a plastic some such and use the anchor inside the lid so it doesnt float off. we got it primarily for the frogs and the gourami. the gourami could care less, the frogs love it! the platys and the danios, too.

Banana plant also will grow lilly pads that more or less float on the top- if you have that much space and patience...

I have found Hagen makes at least a couple options under the Exo Terra brand. It seems they do a duckweed and a hyacinth.

If I order them I'll update with info.
