Are these spots ich?

One of my younger Black Mollies has white spots all over him and seems to be the only one with these spots, he also has an outline around his eyes, its not like ich I have previously seen and like I said he is the only one with the spots all the other fish are clean

Can you take a better pic? It’s rather hard to see... I know how hard it can be with fast moving fish

 

I don't see ich, but it looks like a bacterial issue like white patches over the body.

 

Doesn't look like Ich which has the appearance of salt sprinkled over the fins and/or body. You are dealing with something else there.

 

My cameras quality is unfortunately not enough to keep up with them they all come out blurry on the fast movers, how could I test if it is a bacterial infection? And if it is how do I treat one, I guess I will start with a 50% water change
