No, those definitely aren't Amanos, sorry to say. I can't tell if they're male or female for sure, maybe someone else can tell. But to me the left one looks female, the right looks male.

Neocaridina zhangjiajiensis, white pearl / snowball. Female. My absolute favorite shrimp. I keep them in most of my tanks and vases.
Also much more fitting for a 10G tank than Amano.

We can't depend on any type of shrimp to clean up algae. Letting green algae grow on the back wall of your tank is perfect for shrimp to live on. Hair algae needs to be addressed. Pull it off plants everywhere you see it, often. See if you're running lights long enough, or too long, which is usually the culprit. 7-8 hours is pretty good. Do more frequent water changes. With shrimp there, don't remove more than 3 gallons at a time. Temperature-match the water and pour it in slowly. I think in time the hair will be gone, I've dealt with it several times when I was slacking on maintenance.
