Are There Good Floating Plants For High Surface Movement?

If so, what are they?

I have some ludwigia floating right now because it won't stay planted. My tank is 20 gallon and with two bubblers and the filter, there is a lot of surface movement. I would like some floating plants but haven't been able to find any that sound like they would be ok with the movement/popping bubbles. Suggestions?

those generally don't like a lot of surface water movement.

The floats will do better if they are anchored on something near the surface.

Anarchis floats well, as well as water wisteria, I have both with a lot of surface agitation, they are not anchor on any thing!
