Oscars produce a lot of waste and get pretty big. 55 min. is recommended.

Pred fish aren't my thing, but I was just thinking leaf fish like Jaysee mentioned.
I just saw them at a fish store and thought they looked cool.

The ctenapomas are much easier to keep than the true leaf fish from SA. It will own the tank.

You could do a pair, if you have a plan for getting rid of fry. Not really predatory - more just mean.

Yeah, most fish that can fit guppies in their mouths will eat them. But if you want something that'll stalk it's prey, ctenapoma is the way to go.

Yes, but it would have to be the only fish in the tank. They are mean fish, like cons and other aggressive cichlids.
