Are the black phantom tetras difficult to keep?

Are the black phantom tetras difficult to keep? Will they do well in a community tank and how many should I get. I have a 3 ft breeder.

 

What other fish do you have? I don't think they'd be difficult to keep. You'd need at least 6+.

 

They are quite easy to keep. 6+ indeed !

 

At this stage 4 cory and a bristlenose pleco

 

What are the exact dimensions of the tank? I'd say you could add 8-10. I'd also up the cory shoal as well. What kind are they?

 

Pepper Cory's. They only had the 4. I'll go back again next week. My tanks dims are 37"x13"x 17". I was thinking of 10 bpt

 

I think they prefer lower temperatures. Be careful of the temperature in summer. My unheated temp is 73F for most of the year but climbed to 86F in August.
