Are My Gbr's About To Spawn?

I have a pair of GBR's in my 29 gallon along with a dwarf gourami and guppies. The female is almost always stationed over a pumice ornament and only leaves to chase the guppies. Here's a picture of her tell me what you guys think.

Is she or the male pecking at the rock a lot as though they’re cleaning it? That’s one of the main signs that my rams show before they spawn.

As icefyre said the bigest sigb is probably if they have cleaned the rock but it does sound like it.

They laid eggs! Any advise on how to care for them or hatching them?

Cool!
I’ve raised a GBR spawn to adulthood and here’s the method that I used:
Remove the rock and put it in a separate tank of 5-10 gallons or so with an airstone, sponge filter, and dose it with methelyene blue. I never had any fry hatch without the methelyene blue as it prevents the eggs from being taken over by fungus. It’s very rare for GBRs to successfully raise their own fry and I’ve never heard of this working out in a community tank.
Once the eggs hatch, which typically takes 2-3 days, the baby rams will wiggle on the bottom and use their yellow yoke sacs for nourishment. Once they become free swimming (I forget how long this takes, but no longer than a week) they will need to be fed tiny live food such as microworms or vinegar eels. They will be big enough to eat newly hatched brine shrimp a week or so after this and you can continue to feed them BBS until they are a few months old and are accepting flake food. Upgrade their tank size as necessary. It’s very important to keep the water pristine and remove any dead fry regularly.
It’s a lot of work and if you don't have methelyene blue and a microworm or vinegar eel culture and BBS eggs ready to go then you aren’t likely to successfully raise this particular spawn.

Best of luck!

Another question I have is what can I do with several dozen rams? what's the best way of giving them away or selling them when I can't keep them?

You could try selling them on kijijI or craigslist or see if a good pet store will take them.

Gbr and dwarf gourami are not temperature compatible.

Completely agree with IceFyre1414. I had the same experience with EB rams.
