I've been keeping fish for about 7 years. However, I've never tried breeding fish and would like to try. I currently have a pair of kribs in separate tanks. I'm thinking of putting them together and attempting to breed them. My only concern that is if the spawn is successful then I will be stuck with a lot of kribs.

The question is:

Are kribs easy to re-home in the UK and how do you go about this?

I am based in the West Midlands.

Unless you plan to get into the commercial side of the hobby, or have an agreement with a LFS, probably best to stock some hungry tankmates in with the Kribs.
I know that sounds cruel, but if you construct a well planned hardscape there's a chance some of the fry will survive. Maybe just enough survivors to grow out, not to overcrowd the tank, and to claim success.
