i have a 7 gallon filterd heated cycled divided tank with 2 males they do flare a bit cause its a clear petsmart divider i have silk plants to cover it so they dont see each other that often is this ok? they have been with each other for about a week and a half now and flaring has got a bit better

Try using black craft mesh. It'll help them not see each other as much.

    It can work, yes.

Try a black divider. If they can see eachother they will be very stressed and that can lead to diseases as well as fin bitting. A youtuber called LifeWithPets makes them and sells them, i have a few of her dividers :) She also has a video on how to make them! (   )
