90cm long. 46cm high. Bow front, 30cm min 38cm max front to back. Planted. Current stock 3 gold gourami, 5 swordtail, 6 albino bronze Cory, 2 oto, 2 nerite, 5 amano. Would any rainbow fish be suitable additions?

The smallest rainbow I know of is a Forktail rainbow. But I fear the stocking and the pH may be off.. I’m not a huge rainbow expert though so maybe others can help you out here.

what’s the full tank gallon volume ?

According to Fluval it is 180litres but I think 160 is closer for max water volume. Allowing for sand substrate etc maybe nearer 150litres

I actually have Forktail rainbows in a 180 . But , the gourami and swordtails tell me you may need larger fish, incase they get just become expensive fish food. Are gold gouramis the same as honeys ? What’s the pH please ?

In 90cm the Pseudomugil species would be best, they can live in quite big shoals. There is no Melanotaenia I can think of that would work. Even M. praecox should be offered 100cm minimum.
