Pretty cool, though I'd share
I saw this on Facebook today. Aquarists have known for decades that quite a few fish, Oscars being a very common one, can recognise their owners (presumably their 'feeders'), even when we change colour (clothes). It takes scientific study a long time to catch up sometimes.
Betta keepers know this as well.
That was interesting Ryan. Thanks for posting it.
Don't forget Angels! Mine can tell the difference between me and my roommate and can remember which direction i went. Even after being distracted by my roommate they will return to looking out of the tank in the direction I went. My own recall isn't that good!
My tetras and rasboras recognise me too :;hug2
My tetras only recognize food
