ARCADIA OVERTANK t5

hey guys, anyone got one of these? just wondering if there any good? and fit easily/well? I brought a retrofit kit ages ago and and have been running one t5 and one flourecent. but figured it was time to go all out. if the arcadia is no good a recemendation for an overhead t5 would be much apreciated.

I read something about 240 VAC Supplies when looking at purchasing. can anyone tell me some more? are they neccesary/ expencive and if so any recemedations?
