Aragonite And Seachem Flourite With Peppered Corydoras?

    Is Aragonite, Seachem Flourite black, and Flourite black-sand ok for corys? Or is one or all to sharp for them?

    I've never used any of those substrates for corys so can't help, bumping this up for members who have used it to chime in

    I have read threads in the past about aragonite giving corys issues. Probably cause it leacks and raises Ph and hardness. I wouldn't use it if softwater / lower/normal Ph is wanted.

    I might have to replace it. Just big job to redo the whole tank again (did it just over a week ago) and would have to buy new soil as the sand and soil is all mixed up.

    I read that flourite is not okay for cories, it is supposed to be too sharp. Maybe do more research on it.

    Yeah I have read that as well. I will change it for ADA aqua soil capped with pool filter sand if that will work
