15 Gallon Tank Aqueon Size 14 Rimless Aquarium

Hello,

Type of filter for an Aqueon Size 14 Rimless aquarium? I need a good NON canister filter for it, and suggestions?

 

Aqua clear 20, no filter, a sponge filter

No filter as in dirted and very heavily planted

It's going to house a crayfish so dirt/plants aren't really an option.

I can't really do a HOB filter since it is rimless. I didn't know if there was an internal filter that would work.

You can do a HOB with the rimless.. Aquaclear 20 would be a good choice... My son has that tank with a sponge filter and a HOB (not an aquaclear, but still a hob).

I looked into a sponge filter for the tank and that is a bad idea with a crayfish since they will most likely rip the sponge apart lol. Thank you for the suggestion about the aquaclear 20 though!
