Aqueon Clip-On LED light for planted aquariums, any good?

So, I'm planning to start a 20 gal planted tank with honey gouramis and harlies. I'm planning to keep it low light to mimic a gourami's habitat, thus I'll be sticking to low light plants.
I'm wondering if anybody here owns this lamp, and what light level it puts out, if at all. I've researched enough to know to be a little hesitant before buying any huge brand aquarium equipment, LOL.

I have one on a 10 gallon, and my plants are doing just fine.

What plants do you have?

Low light plants can grow under almost any light, maybe even just good ambient light. I'm sure it'll be fine. I've kept low light plants in a 10g with a $7 desk light without issues.
