Aquatic Experience Nj

Is anybody going this year? and if anybody has been to one before can you give me a couple details?

Ive never even knew this existed I just found out about and its going to be in NJ this October, I'm in NYC so I'm definitely want to go.

Are you able to buy fish there? or is it just to look at the exhibits?

 

It looks interesting! There sure are a lot of live shark encounters on the schedule.

I just visited the event site and I will probably do the Saturday show. From what I'm reading it looks more like a trade convention; vendors showcasing their aquarium products.

 

I will only be going saturday as well, if you guys want we can get a group and meet there and go together.

I believe you are able to buy fish, I'm doing some research now. but they have a list of local fish stores that would be at the event too so I'm assuming you can buy.

Yes, you can buy fish, plants, hardscape equipment etc. There will likely be raffles and they have speakers. I’m going!

Yeah I'm going to be at a 3 day event too! I was hoping to skip saturday and go to Aquatic Experience but won't be able to! so take tons of photos. We would love to see. I believe Rachel O'leary would be there too.

I actually think they might take credit cards. At this point, getting the square card reader us so easy that anyone can get it. It is such a big convention I would assume they would take credit cards. But don't quote me on that. I plan to be there first thing when they open, at ten, and stay until I guess I am done. Does anyone know if a segrest farms will actually be selling fish there, because I think that would be cool. I don't know about you guys, but I'm most excited to see Keng Lee's guppies, I've always wanted some of them.

AE has different locations each year, hopefully next one will be by you

I am planning on being there today and again on Sunday (upset to miss the finals of aquascaping contest on sat as I know many of the scapers, but schedule doesn’t look like can make it all days.

Happy to answer any questions you guys asked... I know for sure things are for sale, I will check it out today and let you know cash/cc etc...

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!
Tons of stuff for sale, fish, shrimp, tanks, plants (tons of tissue cultures), corals, decor, filters, food... you name it.
Some salty stuff (35% maybe)....
Credit cards accepted... I was there for 3.5hrs and could’ve used more time... took that long to look and see
