I was looking at Spirulina based fish food for my goldfish on ebay. This particular blend interested me. I like that Spirulina is #1 on the list.

That sounds like a very good food product, except the fish meal ingrediant. Fish meal is a lot like the ingrediants in hot dogs. The left over guts and innards, ground up and compressed together to make the finished product.
Look at Omega One super color Kelp Pellets and compare. They are small grain sinking pellets.

thanks, didn't even know they had the pellets. very similar ingredients to the Omega One veggie rounds i've been using. I would have to smash the veggie rounds into smaller pieces for my 2" long goldfish to eat, tiny mouths.
