Aquascaping- trees?

    What Australian hardwood that you might find in the bush would be suitable to make an underwater tree out of? One that won't obviously poison the water or rot. Or even something that might be commonly found in a plant nursery. Thanks :)image

    go in a river and look for pieces that are twisted or straight depending on your taste, for the "leaves" put a aquarium-grade-sponge and place small pieces of moss or whatever on them, i use a fast drying sillicone for this

    Thanks frogmel but I was hoping for a name of some sort of hardwood that won't rot? Normally I use line or something to tie moss down with :)
