Aquascape ideas please

Does anyone have some aquascaping ideas for me ? I have a new topless 10 gallon nano tank cube with a bunch of dragon rock I also bought fluvial stratum substrate because I want a heavily planted tank, I also have some driftwood on hand but I'm not sure what kind it is. Thinking about the dry start method and taking things slow before adding in water and eventually live stock once the tank finishes its cycle. Also for livestock I'm thinking of angelfish as the centerpiece and a schooling fish species but is that even possible with a 10 gallon without overcrowding the tank ? if it is how many angelfish can I buy for it and what kind of small schooling fish would be good tank mates without being dinner for the angelfish? Any ideas, thoughts or advice is welcomed and appreciated.

Angelfish can not go in a 10 gallon. Try a Betta fish and a few neons.

Angelfish won’t go in a 10 gallon. I would try neons like Dennis57 said. If not, go with another small schooling fish (danios, embers, etc.)

What IS a nano tank? If this is too off topic I’m sorry!

I’m my opinion, anything less than 10 gallons

Tecnically anything less than 30 g but I say 10 gal or any odd shape 20 gallon or below.

Sorry to derail! FinalFins pm and said any size tank centered around nano fish. So interesting! All the answers I mean!

I completely agree with FinalFins. Some tanks have to be nano due to size limits for the tank but overall I'd say that any tank centered around nano fish is a nano tank.
What that means to me is any fish that I would see (personal opinion here) as minI for the tank size. I'm in the process of converting my 75 gallon into a nano tank. What that means for me in a 75 gallon is all fish are less than 1.5" though I'm going to have some bottom dwellers that may get up to 2" as a wildcard for myself.

Male or female guppies, ( I prefer male ) 4-6 Platys, 2-dwarf gouramis, 2-3 dwarf puffers,
Do keep in mind that pea puffers are adorable and made out of murder. So first they will kill all the things that are not puffers and then if there are not enough plants may kill all the things that are puffers.
Also keep in mind that you should count on them being live food only. You may be able to get them to eat frozen but flake is pretty much right out.
It is good to have a place that you are raising piles of pond snails. Lots of snails to murder reduces other murders.
Your 10 gal pea tanks will look something like this. Possibly with more plants.

I must respecfully disagree a little bit about a pea puffer tank. I have an 8.8 with a single pea puffer an otto cat many many ramshorn snails and 2 guppies at all times that I always rotate new fry into his domain and he has never harmed them. He goes after the ramshorns at times and he loves frozen bloodworms especially the nice dark red ones full of goodies ( I think )... Aside from that i'm almost ready to swap out the 2 guppies in his tank into my 55 and catch 2 brand new fry to keep the cycle rolling as it has been for almost 3 years now...
Side note i've only had the pea for about 6 months n he is as everyone says the best little water puppies around
