Aquariumproducts.com.au, is it a scam?

After my local fish store closed down I've been researching online stores to see if I could find another way to get my supplies without having to bug my parents into driving me to one of the more out of the way fish stores or having to settle for the incredibly limited range of over priced supplies sold by kmart and woolworths. In my search I stumbled across this site

This site has a vast range of supplies and prices that seem far too good to be true, so is it? Could anyone here confirm whether this site is a genuine honest business or not?

 

Seems legit to me. Most prices are comparable to F&S or similar sites.

 

Oh, it's an honest business alright. I've ordered from them just the once and waited close to 6 weeks for delivery which just came via regular aus post. I was extremely piddled about it. If I remember correctly, the delivery charge was about $20, but no sign of the courier company they claim to use.

I may have got them in a busy time or some such. I'm not sure. If this was a one-off problem then I'd use them again. Products are genuine brands, no parallel imports, and a good price. Their delivery turnaround is just Shonky Bros Inc.


Forgot to add, I'm in NSW and not so remote that the mail only comes once a month by donkey or whatever. Not sure what state you are, but maybe contact them and ask if that is their usual delivery time or was mine some random thing despite it all being definitely IN STOCK? Rest assured though, they're a legit business.

That's really good to know, because their prices are good and their specials are super.

Online is so much cheaper than shop prices. I get a 2L bottle of prime for $105 on eBay. Cannot beat that anywhere!
