Aquarium salt + Seachem stress guard? (Betta Fin Rot)

I'm worried that using aquarium salt to treat my betta's fin rot will damage my his slime coat. (I'm going to be treating him in his main tank). The reason why I'm worried is because he's already really stressed from other reasons. Will Seachem stress coat help calm him down a little?
Could I use Seachem stress guard while I use aquarium salt?
Or should I use it after I'm done treating him with aquarium salt?
I couldn't find much about this online, so I'm hoping someone here will be able to help.

It shouldn't be a problem using them together. The most important thing when treating fin rot is clean water.
When I treat my betta for fin rot I add a full dose of salt straight away then do a 20% water change every day. For the first 3 days I add salt to the changes then just water and conditioner for a few days after that so it slowly dilutes the salt. After a week or so you can return to your normal schedule.

Ty! This really helped. Also are you not supposed to use water conditioner while using aquarium salt? The water conditioner I usually use is Seachem prime btw.

You should never add tap water to a tank without conditioner. Prime will be fine with salt. The chlorine and chloramine in tap water will kill your fish quickly if you don't use conditioner.
